Three soft stages

A simple map for quiet writing — organisational labels only, not a mystical claim.

1. Stage 3 · ListeningDays 1–7Noticing what is here; soft evening writing.
2. Stage 6 · UnfoldingDays 8–14A little more room on the page, without fixing.
3. Stage 9 · ReturnDays 15–21Coming back to an ordinary evening; gathering, not graduating.

Evening rhythm · 3 / 6 / 9

A timing structure for quiet writing, about eighteen minutes when taken in full. Skip or shorten any block. Days need not be consecutive.

1. ArriveAbout 3 minutesSettle into the evening. Notice the room. One slow breath is enough.
2. ReflectAbout 6 minutesWrite without fixing. A few honest lines matter more than a full page.
3. CloseAbout 9 minutesRead back what you wrote, or sit with the blank page. Put the pen down.

About the numbers

The 3, the 9 and the 39 in SoulHeal39 are a symbolic framing, chosen because they matter to us as a brand. They are a way of naming the experience, nothing more. We make no claim that numbers carry any meaning, power or effect for you.

This pack is for personal reflection only. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling right now, see the help line in our FAQ.
