Seven Nights
A quiet, structured week of evening journaling, about 10 minutes a night. For when something has ended and your mind keeps going back. Printable and fillable PDF.
Saved only in this browser.

Some things end before the mind is ready to let them be over: a relationship, a friendship, a job, a plan. In the day there's enough noise to keep moving. Then the evening comes, the room goes quiet, and the mind goes back to the same place.
Seven Nights is a short, guided way to spend that hour with a pen instead of a loop.
Each night has a short original reflection, four writing prompts with space to answer, and a closing line, so the evening has a clear beginning and end. A simple 10-minute routine holds it all together.
This is a journal, not a programme. There's nothing to fix, nothing to grade, and no promise of a particular result. It's a private place to notice, in your own words, at your own pace. Skip any prompt you don't want to answer.

Seven Nights is for general wellbeing and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
